On June 1st, Dally found himself under the envelope of a huge red, orange and golden balloon.
He was drifting over a giant wrought iron bridge of over 412 metres long and 101 metres high and then suddenly realised it was Bristol’s, Clifton Suspension Bridge! The bridge was opened in 1864, it’s design based on an early creation of Isambard Kingdom Brunel.
Dally watched cars, cyclists and pedestrians moving backwards and forwards over it and then crossed it himself …. by balloon!
